We are a leading Canon Solutions Reseller Partner.  This award is audited yearly by Canon to ensure we are operating to the highest standards, and it demonstrates our ability to support networked products. In addition our Distribution division is one of only seven Panasonic UK Master Dealers. These relationships allow us to offer our customers the latest models, expert advice and exclusive promotions. History of the Company

DMC Business Machines was founded by two individuals, Jon Hill and Justin Nicholson, in 1991 when they bought the small photocopier company DMC Sales Ltd. They renamed it DMC Business Machines with the primary goal to supply and service a range of office equipment.

The new Company began life with the support of an engineer and a part time administrative assistant. Established on the ethos of providing quality products matched by a high level of customer service, DMC set out to achieve this through a commitment to its staff and their personal desire to be part of a successful team.

Over time the Company has developed a close partnership with Canon. Working with this market leading manufacturer has allowed DMC to build up a significant knowledge and experience base and DMC now regularly finds itself in the top three of Canon’s UK dealer network, demonstrated by being accredited as a Canon Solutions Reseller Partner.

As the business grew the Company diversified into trade sales in 1993. The trade sales division has grown into one of the country’s leading distributors of business machines, and is now Panasonic’s largest office equipment reseller in the UK and one of Canon’s largest copier resellers.

Alongside organic growth the Company has also acquired a number of small office equipment dealers and customer bases across the country to develop a national service foundation.

Year on year growth has been maintained over the last nineteen years and the latest financial year turnover exceeds £15m. DMC’s vision remains unchanged since its establishment and the desire to provide the highest possible level of customer service is shared by every member of the DMC team.
