DMC believe that commercial success is closely associated with good corporate behaviour in the community. And according to our employee survey, DMC staff consider commitment to charity as integral to the Company. As such, DMC is striving to make positive change in both the local community and further afield.

Community work is not just about financial contributions, the active involvement of DMC and our staff in local, national and international initiatives is essential to build and maintain prosperous communities.

DMC employees take part in a number of charitable events throughout the year, raising money which is then matched by the Company to double the amount.

We have developed partnership links with local charities and community groups to ensure the local community benefit from the presence of DMC as a business in the area.

We are currently in the process of further developing our links with organisations abroad.
