Jon is one of the Directors who established the company in 1991 with a financial background with a career in commercial banking, Jon is responsible for the day to day running of the business. View Jon's full profile

Justin also founded DMC in 1991 and has had a hands on approach with customers from day one. Justin is responsible for the direct sales teams while also managing large corporate accounts. View Justin's full profile
Damian Kelly - Distribution Sales Director
Damian joined DMC in 1993 to establish a distribution division to offer faxes, copiers and printers to trade resellers. Damian has worked in the office equipment business since he was 17, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Company. View Damian's full profile
Jon French - Direct Sales Director
Jon joined DMC in 2010 and specialises in document management and strategic print solutions. Jon has overall responsibility for managing the direct sales division. View Jon's full profile
DMC's Management Team
DMC have a diverse management team to support the Directors in the running of the business. The team includes a mix of managers who have both careers worth of experience in their fields or who have been appointed after sucessfuly completing career development programmes over a number of years.

Brian Bignell - Human Resources Manager
Brian Bignell joined DMC in September 2006 as Human Resources and Office Manager. Brian now holds the position of HR Manager with responsibilities for recruitment and training, general office manager duties and a business role helping the Directors formulate the Company’s business strategy.

Paul Bruce - Logistics & Warehouse Manager
Paul Bruce joined DMC in 2001 to help establish the Office Products division. After this part of the business was sold in 2005 he became Logistics and Warehouse Manager. Paul’s main job responsibilities include overseeing all warehouse and logistic operations, goods in and out, and monitoring stock levels.

Cherin Elliott - Customer Service Manager
Cherin Elliott joined DMC’s Service Team in August 2004 as a Service Coordinator. In 2007 Cherin was nominated for DMC’s internal Career Development Programme and upon completion of this became Customer Service Team Leader in May 2008. In September 2008 Cherin moved to the position of Customer Service Manager. Cherin’s job role includes ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with swiftly and responsibly, maintaining the highest standards of customer care and exploring ways in which customer service can be developed.

Dan Jenner - London Service Manager
Dan Jenner joined DMC in 2001 as a Service Engineer. After being nominated for participation in DMC’s Career Development Programme Dan was appointed London Service Manager in 2007. His responsibilities include overseeing all Engineers in the London area and ensuring the highest standards of customer care are followed. Dan also has responsibility for training and making sure that the Engineers are equipped with the latest technical knowledge.

Julie Peterson -Accounts Manager
Julie Peterson joined DMC in 1996 to work in the Accounts Department undertaking general accounting and administrative work. In 2001 Julie became Accounts Manager and in 2008 assumed responsibility for Credit Control. Julie’s main responsibilities include managing all aspects of Accounts and Credit Control, ensuring payments are made and received on time, and monitoring Company spend.

Sam Saunders - Marketing Communications Manager
Sam Saunders joined DMC in 2004 to work in Distribution sales. In 2005 Sam became the Panasonic Product Manager and in 2007 he was nominated for participation in DMC’s Career Development programme. Upon its completion in June 2008 he became the Company’s first Marketing Communications Manager. Sam’s main responsibilities include promoting the Company’s products and services, developing and implementing a marketing strategy that integrates with the business objectives of the Company, and managing internal and external communications.

Dave Saycell - National Service Manager
Dave Saycell joined DMC in November 1995 as the North West Service Manager with responsibility for coordinating DMC’s technical personnel in the region. Dave became National Service Manager in 2003 and now has overall responsibility for the Service Department and IT infrastructure. His role also encompasses the provision of direct and remote support to technicians and customers for both software and hardware supplied by DMC.
Kevin Tate - North-West Sales Manager
Kevin Tate is a veteran of DMC having joined in 1994 to work in the Customer Service Department. He has held a number of different positions including working in consumable and direct sales, and IT and Operations. In 2004 Kevin became Customer Service Manager and in 2008 took on a new position of IT and Operations Manager. Kevin then became Sales Manager in 2010. He is tasked with maintaining and expanding the Company’s current operations in the North-West.
