DMC’s Service Department provides continual business support. Our first-class maintenance service enables us to keep our customers working. Whether faults develop with machines or software our service engineers can repair these with a minimum of disruption.
DMC engineers have expert knowledge and are backed-up by the latest technological devices to allow the majority of faults to be rectified on our first visit.
We have engineers constantly ‘in the field’ ready to attend service calls. They are informed via their PDA’s of their prioritised job list detailing where they need to be and what faults need addressing.
This real-time communication enables our service team to provide the engineers with the most relevant information. This differentiates DMC from other business support companies, our ability to offer instantaneous communication between engineers and the Service Department, resulting in the swift resolution of problems.
DMC is fully committed to this technical service support through our UK-wide network of engineers. As a Canon Solutions Reseller Partner, DMC engineers participate in regular training sessions with Canon technicians. During these sessions the knowledge of our engineers is assessed and they are provided with the most recent technological expertise of new hardware and software. As a result, DMC engineers are equipped to deal with the problems that our customers face.
