DMC’s Customer Service staff work to provide our customers with first-class service. They take toner and consumable orders, calls from customers that wish to book service calls and they liaise with service personnel to ensure customers are visited promptly when they require a machine fix. They also deal with accounts, credit control and payments in and out of the Company.
