Cost Recovery

With cost recovery you can attribute costs to a department, allowing you to accurately bill them for print and copy costs. This means that costs can be tracked and recorded to ensure spending is within operating budgets. And because public money needs to be accounted for it also acts as an audit of costs.

In the same way, students can add funds to their accounts and these will be deducted as they print. In a primary or secondary school you may not want to charge pupils for print so maximum print limits can be set for each student.
