Law firms can make use of cost recovery software as it allows them to charge print and copy costs to cases, whilst schools, colleges and universities can use it to bill students. Students can top-up their accounts with funds as and when they are needed and an overdraft facility can also be introduced to allow students a degree of flexibility. This can be suspended should the student not clear the overdraft in a specified time.
