Print Analysis

Reduction allows you to place restrictions, enforcements and recommendations on users and devices. These can take the form of restricted colour usage and enforced print limits. Large expensive print jobs can be redirected to the most cost effective device and duplex print can be enforced for certain applications such as email. These changes to print behaviour will enable an organisation to cut costs.
3. Print Recovery
Recovery allows you to bill clients, users or departments for print and copy costs. The secure chargeback process ensures that billing is accurate and comprehensive.
